The color of this pumpkin is an intense dark pink-salmon color. Traditionally used to make a dish called ‘Camarão na Moranga’ which means ‘shrimps in a squash’ where the pumpkin is filled with a creamy shrimp stew and served with the inside flesh.\u003cbr\u003eThis handsome squash has probably one of the thickest sets of ribbing on it compared to even a porcelain doll. This is a chunky one! This beautiful squash weighs in around 5-8 pounds and will range in color from pink to an intense deep salmon color.
