It is a popular varitey grown around the world because ity handles a wide range of conditions. In fact, it was the very first bean I ever grew. They sprout and grow into bushy plants very quickly. Since it is a bush bean, no supports or trellis is needed. I really love growing it in my GreenStalk garden planter or underneath bigger veggie crops like tomatoes and eggplants.
